Originally from Serbia, Ivana brings a diverse cultural background and multilingual proficiency to our team. Fluent in Serbian, English, and Spanish, she effortlessly connects with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the intake process.

As the manager of the new client intake department, Ivana oversees the entire pre-retention team. She is responsible for interviewing, training, and supervising all team members, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support from their very first interaction with our firm.

With her exceptional organizational and leadership skills, Ivana thrives in our fast-paced environment. She is a natural team player who understands the importance of collaboration and effective teamwork. Her dedication to streamlining processes and optimizing client experiences has significantly contributed to our firm’s success and client satisfaction.

But Ivana’s talents extend beyond her professional achievements. Prior to joining Piotrowski Law, she pursued a career as an actor and TV presenter in Serbia.
